Welcome to Curated Pilates + Movement! We are excited that you have chosen to begin your Pilates journey with us.

All clients who are new to Pilates are required to start with private sessions. This is to ensure your safety, allow time to go over your personal health history and goals, and make sure we set you up for success. By beginning one-on-one we have the opportunity to give you specific advice about any current or prior injuries, chronic conditions, or other concerns you may have. This tailored approach also allows us to give you more individualized feedback and cues to help you understand the placement in your own body and begin to build the awareness that will give you confidence as you progress.

Getting Started

If you are new to Pilates or returning after an injury or extended break, we suggest starting with private sessions. By beginning one-on-one you will receive individualized cueing, feedback on how to best set up the reformer for your body, and tailored modifications where needed.

If you prefer to have a curated approach for a longer period of time, you could choose to start with one of our Private Packages. These would give you more time to work one-on-one and continue to get personalized feedback. This can be an excellent option if you want to make sure that Pilates will be suitable for any condition or injury you have. Or if you are interested in exploring the benefits of the other pieces of equipment (Cadillac, Barrels, and Chair).


New to Curated Pilates + Movement, but not new to Pilates?

If you have been practicing Pilates at another studio and are new to us, please reach out and let us know. We can then discuss which class level would be best for you and make a plan for you to join us.

Details

  • We use Wellnessliving to do our scheduling. You will need to create an account to begin working with us.

  • For hygiene and safety socks are required for all classes and private sessions. We recommend grip socks.

  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Prior to 24 hours you may cancel your session in the WellnessLiving app or by contacting the studio. After the 24 hour mark you will forfeit the price of the class/session.
