Ideal for clients coming from physical therapy, managing injuries, osteoporosis, or prenatal/postpartum needs. We’ll build a longer-term plan tailored to your body.

Once you complete the intake form, we’ll review your information and help guide you to the best next step whether that’s private sessions, group classes, or a combination of both.
You’ll receive a follow-up email with clear recommendations and booking links so you don’t have to guess where to start.

Starting with Private Sessions
Private sessions are tailored to your body and your goals. You’ll learn how to use the equipment, build strength and awareness, and develop a foundation that carries into everything else you do, whether that’s daily life, sport, or group classes. Privates are an ideal place to start if you are new to Pilates, returning after time away, managing pain or injury, or navigating pregnancy or postpartum recovery.

Want personalized guidance based on your body and goals
Are working to address injuries, diagnoses, or specific concerns
Prefer on-on-one support to learn the fundamentals over time
Some clients use private sessions as a short-term introduction before joining group classes, while others continue with privates longer for ongoing support.
Starting with group classes
Our classes are small and thoughtfully programmed, with clear guidance and options to meet you where you are. You’ll build strength, mobility, and control in a way that supports both everyday life and the activities you enjoy.
If you already have Pilates experience and feel confident moving in a group setting, we’d love to have you join our group classes! Feel free to reach out if you want help picking the right class for you.
New to Pilates? Start with our Fundamentals classes or an Intro Class for extra support.

have prior Pilates experience and want to continue your practice
This option combines a short video introduction to key Pilates concepts with a guided group class where you can apply what you’ve learned. It’s a great way to get familiar with the work and feel comfortable getting started. We offer the class around once a month as a supportive group setting for starting Pilates.
Intro to Pilates Group Class
How it works:
First, you’ll complete a short, self-paced video mini course that introduces key Pilates principles like breathing, core engagement, and alignment.
Then, you’ll attend a small group Intro Class where we apply those concepts with hands-on guidance and clear cueing.
Best if you:
are new to Pilates and want a structured, supportive introduction
prefer learning in a small group setting
want a slower pace to build confidence before joining regular classes
Note:
If you’re working with an injury, coming out of physical therapy, managing osteoporosis, or navigating pregnancy or postpartum recovery, we still recommend starting with private sessions.

Details
We use Wellnessliving to do our scheduling. You will need to create an account to begin working with us.
For hygiene and safety socks are required for all classes and private sessions. We recommend grip socks which can be purchased at the studio if needed.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for group classes and a 48 hour cancellation policy for appointments. Prior that window may cancel your session in the WellnessLiving app or by contacting the studio. After the cancellation window you will forfeit the price of the class/session.
