Studio Policies
Our policies are designed to support consistent practice, small class sizes, and the high level of care and instruction we aim to provide.
To help classes run smoothly and ensure a safe, focused environment for everyone, please review the following studio policies. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions.
General Studio Guidlines
Group classes at Curated Pilates are intended for clients with prior Pilates experience or those who have been approved to join classes through an introductory private, intro class, or comparable experience elsewhere.
If you’re unsure where to start, we’re always happy to help guide you toward the option that will best support your body and goals.
All classes and appointments are 50 minutes in length and will begin and end promptly, regardless of arrival time.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session.
Socks are required for hygiene, and grip socks are highly recommended for safety. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.
Please turn off or silence all devices while in the studio.
Please wear appropriate athletic attire without metals, zippers, or accessories that could damage the equipment.
Booking & Cancellation Policies
Group Classes
Group classes have a 24-hour cancellation window.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the class.
Appointments (Privates, Duets, Trios, Private Classes)
Appointments have a 48-hour cancellation window.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
These policies allow us to respect instructors’ time and offer fair access to appointments and classes.
Class Packs & Expiration
5-class packs expire 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
10-class packs expire 10 weeks from the date of purchase.
Expiration dates are firm and help support consistency and class availability.
Membership Policies
Overview
Memberships are designed for clients who practice consistently and want a structured, predictable way to attend classes. Memberships include automatic monthly billing and provide the best overall value for ongoing training.
Memberships renew automatically unless canceled according to the terms below.
Class Use
Membership classes are valid only within each billing period.
Classes do not roll over month to month.
Holds
Membership holds are available with advance notice and must be requested through studio staff.
6-month memberships: up to two 7-day holds (one per quarter)
12-month memberships: up to four 7-day holds (one per quarter)
Holds require advance notice (recommended at least 7 days) and will extend the membership term accordingly.
Early Cancellation
Memberships are a commitment. Early cancellation fees apply and vary based on membership tier and the time remaining in the commitment. Fees will be communicated at the time of the cancellation request.
Pricing & Refunds
All sales are final.
Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Pricing is subject to change.
Previously purchased packages and memberships will be honored according to the terms in place at the time of purchase.
Schedule & Instructor Changes
Class schedules and instructors are subject to change. Classes may be canceled due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
Client Responsibility & Safety
Clients are responsible for working within their own limits and informing instructors of injuries, pregnancy, or relevant health considerations. Pilates instruction is not a substitute for medical care.
